A: Yes Chevrolet will continue to sell camaro’s in 2011 and beyond. Now they will have different specialty models available like the Transformers edition, and will probably get a new header & taillight panel as time goes by. I do know Chevy is going to have a convertible Camaro available starting this year or next. If you want a particular type of Camaro with certain features not normally found in regular production models, then yes you will have to place an order with your local Chevrolet dealership to get what you want.

I need help in choosing a car. Im going to purchase a car during 4th of july weekend. I have the option to choose between a 2011 chevy camaro and a 2011 lexus is 250 but dont know which one to get. See the thing is, the camaro looks sporty and fun whereas the lexus is classy and sharp. The lexus will probably last longer but the camaro can be customized more. Im 18 right now if that adds any leverage in giving advice. Price is not a problem so dont pick the camaro because its cheaper. Also, does anyone know how the bodies look for the 2011 camaro and 2011 is 250?

I’ve been wanting the 2010 Chevy Camaro for a while and now that’s it’s finally in reach, I’m wondering whether I should just wait for the 2011.
Everything I’ve read about the 2011 says that it’s a convertible and my question is, is that how the entire model line is going to be? All convertible, no exceptions?

A: it wouldnt make sense to make all the models convertibles because not everybody wants a convertible and then chevy would lose money
im 100 percent sure you can either buy a coupe or a convertible what ever you wnat but the convertible will always cost more

Q: Camaro OR Civic? HELP NEED ADVICE ON CARS?
I know these cars are very different. But I’m 16 years old and I’m getting my license in a month and I have the money to lease either the 2010/2011 Chevy Camaro or the 2010/2011 Honda Civic. But I’m just afraid the police are more likely to pull me over in the Camaro. I will be driving as safely as I can but I also want to drive my friends around BUT in my state, you can’t drive people under 20 without someone over 25 in the car as well. BUT my friends are 16 or 17. But I will most likely drive them when I get my license. So my question is: If I get the Camaro, will the police pull me over more than if I got the Civic, even if I were driving safely?
A: Get the Camaro because the cops are not going to pull over a nice looking brand new car for a few reasons. First they think to themselves they are going to assume the person in the car isn’t a 16yo but some one who is wealthy and in their 30-40s. Second, the Camaro SS is B.A.! Third, cops don’t really bother with those laws. Last year when I 1st got my license, I got pulled over for doing 8 over( I know pathetic), but it was at 10:30 or a bit later and the cop said i can do three things. Either call your parents to get you, act like this was a routine stop and let you go or do a whole punch of paper work because your driving curfew is at 9. He was nice and told me to just go home. Cops wont care to much about friends in the car unless you pissed him off.

okay well im turning 16 soon and my mom recently won a check to chevy place to pick out a car. Im thinkin about a camaro because i really want a sports car. in 2011 there is supposed to be a convertible camaro so do you think i should get that as my car? the other option would be to let her pick out a car and her sell our other car and use the money to get me a different car. A: Go with a yugo for your first car and let your mom enjoy her winnings since she will be the one that will have to pay the taxes on the complete car at the end of the year……

Ok, little skinny for ya. The 2010 Camaro SS has over 400hp compared to the Mustang’s 315. However due to the Mustang being lighter, smaller, and in production forever it is only 1/10th of a second slower to 60. Also most magazines prefer the Mustang over the Camaro for handling and better fit and finish.
However! The 2011 the Mustang GT gets over 400 Horsepower from the new 5.0 liter Ford is working on. So the fast pony is going to be even faster. However the 2011 Camaro may get different gearing to take better advantage of it’s own big motor since some of the magazines I’ve read think the gearing is not in tune with the motor.
Who ya think is going to be the Champ? Mustang is already in the lead, but only by a pinch due to better construction and handling. New motor will equal Camaro in power but the car will be smaller and lighter! But if the Chevy team get it together and get the gearing singing the same song as the motor, it should be a lot faster then it is for 2010.
Finally, the Rivalry has be re-ignited! And for the thousand people that will ask, I loved the 93 Camaro, but since have fallen for the old school live axle power pony Mustang!
