Q: does anyone have a 1967-1969 camaro for sale less then 2,000 can be in bad shape!?
$2,000 of coures
A: Good Luck on that , there is one near my house , just the frame ,and body , in very bad shape , no windows , no inside dash components or steering column , they are asking 5 grand on that one.
Q: How do I go about getting a title for a 1967 camaro?
All i have is the vin #, no bill of sale. I live in WA state, & the Dept. Of Motor Vehicles keeps giving me the run around, telling me I need to know the state where the vehicle was last registered in order to proceed. That when they run vin #’s, they are only able to check in WA state. So if the vehicle is from out of state, which it is, then I need to contact the Dept. of Motor Vehicles in the state it was last registered.
But, this is a salvage vehicle and I haven’t a clue where exactly it came from, just back east somewhere!!!
So what do I do?
Since the vehicle is so old, it has only 13 vin #’s & none of the sites online can do a vin # check for vin’s w/ less #’s than the standard 17 digit vin.
What can I do?
A: Try putting four zeros in front of the vin number.
Q: chevorlet for sale?
does anyone here have a 1967-69 chevorlet nova or camaro for sale.
A: no sorry! if i did i wouldnt sell it….yeah check ebay but watch out for scams!
Q: Where does the transmission throttle valve cable bracket fit on the Intake or on the carburetor?
It’s a 1967 Camaro with a 1988 center valve cover engine. 350, 700R4 transmission, Edelbrock 1406 carb, alum Edelbrock 2104 Intake. Also, the fuel throttle is the orginal “rod” style. Do I need to change the fuel throttle rod to cable? Does anyone have one for sale?
A: 700R4 throttle valves are actuated by a cable. Most vehicles with 700R4s had a cable bracket attached to the intake behind the carb, used for both the throttle cable and the TV cable. You may be able to find one of these brackets at a junkyard, but I have no clue if it’ll interfere with the rod accelerator linkage. Also, I don’t know how the TV cable will attach to the carb, but there has to be a way. Probably should buy a new TV cable, if the cable is frayed or misadjusted it can damage the trans, though it usually won’t, it’s still better to be on the safe side and have everything work right.
